Fresh pork and pork cold cuts (chipolatas, sausages, pâté, rillettes, white ham, raw ham, cured sausage, garlic sausage, black pudding, white pudding, etc.)
We are 3 partners: Stéphane AUROUUSSEAU, Quentin AUROUUSSEAU and Karine LEON. Stéphane and Quentin raise Charolais cows as well as free-range pigs. Karine then transforms the pigs in her workshop on the farm into fresh meat and charcuterie.
