The Montigny goats were taken over in January 2021 (95 goats) located at the foot of Morvan in Nièvre. We process our milk from mid-March to the end of December. We will be delighted to welcome you to the farm to share our experience and know-how.
New cheeses: Cheese with a bloomy rind such as goat's cheese. Washed rind cheese (epoisses soumaintrain type) with a more pronounced taste.
