La Ferme du Chant des asphodèles produces fruits and vegetables on a small area on living soil and inspired by permaculture.
No chemical treatment is used. The only fertilizer used is goat and poultry manure produced on the farm. The varieties produced are old, the goal is to produce fruits and vegetables with flavor and rich in vitamins and nutrients.
