La Billebaude

Organic cultivation of 80 varieties of aromatic and medicinal plants. About forty are harvested around the farm, about 1 km away. The produce is processed using traditional methods to make herbs, herbal teas, herbal salt, fresh bouquets, and edible flowers. Plants are sold in the spring. Plant and fruit jellies are available.
