Veal, pork and beef
We raise around twenty Maraîchine cows outdoors. They graze with their calves, which are fed only with their mothers' milk and meadow grass. Our pigs benefit from our milk.

Yogurts, cottage cheese, dessert creams and rice pudding.
The good milk that our market garden cows offer us is first skimmed then transformed with only simple ingredients (no flavoring or gelling agent) and packaged in returnable glass jars.
