Gîte de Savenay

Detached house with an unfenced garden, a private rear terrace with garden furniture and a lounge area, sun loungers, and a pétanque court at the front of the house. A pleasant walking path starts right from the property. An unheated above-ground swimming pool (2,80m x 7,80m, 1,20m deep) is available from June to September, weather permitting. Entrance, large living room with equipped and integrated kitchen open to the living space (dining area and lounge area with TV and large bay window), direct access to the outside; a utility room with washing machine and dryer; a separate toilet with hand basin; a bedroom with a 160x200 bed and its private bathroom (large shower and toilet), fan. Internet (fiber) in the gîte.
On the 1st floor: landing with a 2nd relaxation area with board games, books, sofa and desk; 2 bedrooms each equipped with air conditioning, each with 1 160x200 bed and private bathroom (shower and toilet); 1 small bedroom with 2 single beds 90x190, more suitable for children.

All-inclusive formula: heating and electricity included (subject to reasonable consumption), bed linen provided with beds made on arrival, bathroom and kitchen linen provided, cleaning fee included (subject to leaving the gîte in a good condition).
Business trips: 5 people maximum.

Close to tourist sites: Nivernais canal, the Merle ponds, the Pannecière (fishing) and Settons (water activities) lakes, the Baye and Vaux ponds with boat rental for walks and visits to the vaults of the Collancelle. At the gates of Morvan and its hikes, Bibracte site.
