Wicker basketry
Isabel McGarva practices traditional wicker basketry to create timeless contemporary pieces with this ecological material; handbags, lighting, laundry baskets or garden decorations, there's a whole world available to you. Present at the “la part du Colibri” farmers market in Rouy on the 3rd Sunday of the month and at local farm markets occasionally (advertised online).
The workshop is not open to the public. You have the opportunity to come and discover wicker work and basket-making know-how during courses or workshops throughout the year (“internships” page of its website and by joining its newsletter to be kept informed of the next ones).
