The Saint-Honoré-les-Bains spa resort specializes in the treatment of Rheumatic and Respiratory Tract Conditions. Three sources named “ Romans "," crevasse " and " Warren » supply the thermal baths. They are exploited for their chloride, sodium and low sulfur water. The only sources of this type exploited in Europe, they make Saint-Honoré-les-Bains the “ healing station ».

The site is also the starting point for numerous hikes for a wellness stay in the Morvan region. Open year-round, this 8-hectare natural area is perfect for families! It features a playground, picnic area, fitness trail to stay in shape without feeling like you're exercising, and a spring pond for fishing with an accessible fishing platform and the "Family Fishing" label (fishing license required).

The spa town developed over the years, particularly in the 18th century with the creation of the thermal baths.
